A Beautiful Musical Unity

Higher Ground Collective are a global ensemble of musicians based in Bangor, North Wales. Initiated by poet and kalimba player Martin Daws, the collective includes seven brilliant musicians encompassing six nationalities representing; Wales, Botswana, Cameroon, Dominican Republic, Greece and England drawn together by the love of good music and the power of rhythm to move people. Inspiring their audience's minds while giving their bodies freedom to dance, Higher Ground Collective's mission is to create and celebrate unity through the universal language of music.
